Tribes Encouraged To Comment on Federal Incentive Program for Wireless Telecom Carriers on Tribal Lands (4/4/03) On March 14, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced that it will begin reviewing regulations governing the tribal lands bidding credits program for wireless telecommunications carriers.
